My name is Noah Saad and I graduated in May 2020. I am currently studying Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands. I joined the Academy in grade 10 and completed one year of the MYP before enrolling in the DP curriculum in Grades 11 and 12. The school staff, as well as teachers, have always guided and supported me throughout what is an extremely challenging and intense final two years of high school. The learning process and rigor of the IB curriculum was facilitated by the passion and knowledge that teachers and staff members had. While I appreciate the work and effort that has been done by all teachers and staff members, I would especially like to give my sincerest thanks to Ms. Rania Hussein and Mr. Tobias Horan that led my class into graduating with incredible results. Mr. Horan particularly always emphasised mental health, which I believe aided me in coping with the magnitude of the workload in this program. This focus taught me to value skills that extend beyond the classroom such as time management and organizational skills.
