World Maths Team Championship 2020
On Friday 27 November 2020, 2 teams of GEMS World Academy - Dubai mathematicians proudly represented GEMS World Academy - Dubai and the UAE at the World Maths Team Championship 2020. As the only 2 teams representing the UAE in this international event, the Grade 9 Team (Sofia Faghihy, Arnav Kedia, Seoyun Jeon, Jihyun Yang, Seongjoon Yang, and Tudor Balaj) and Grade 6 Team (Saif Faghihy, Jihoo Ahn, Mythri Nair, Aahna Lal, Priya Barke, and Liam Peter) completed 6 rounds over the course of more than 4 hours. We would like to thank Ms Gavrila who was the main leader and coordinator for the GEMS World Academy - Dubai teams. The results will soon be released, and we wish the best for both teams and many more great achievements from our Dragons!
