1. WHO CAN USE THE SITE
When you are using our Site we expect that you are over the age of 18. However we do hope that our students and future students are as engaged in their learning and education as their parents. So if you are looking at gemseducation.com and are under 18 and/or a minor, then the use of the Site is subject to the consent of your parent or guardian.
As educators, protecting the online privacy of children is especially important to us. We advise parents or guardians who permit their children to use the Site, and in particular any interactive element of the Site, that they should make their child aware of the potential risks to them.
